I woke up to a flood due to my water heater. Leo's and his crew came to my rescue. Excellent customer service, above all, they are kind and genuine. They educated me and kept updating me on the progress. They are truly amazing, they worked very well coordinating restoration of my condo with my contractor, and insurance. I felt special and well taken care of. The guys also made sure that my neighbor was not affected by the flood. They inspected her condo to make sure that her walls were dry.

Recently I had major water damage. Xpress with their team of professionals combined a repair with a new kitchen remodel. This extensive remodel was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Any small problems were handled with professional courtesy. My kitchen is beautiful!! The cabinets were refinished and look like new. The team was honest and reliable with exceptional skills. Leo the owner stands behind his service, and that is a major selling point for me. I highly recommend Xpress.

We contacted Xpress restoration during an emergency at our condo rental property where we had massive water damage. Their team was on top of it immediately, even though we contacted them at 10 pm as the situation was occurring. Throughout the work, they were in communication with us every step of the way and were always available when we had questions. They helped us through dealing with insurance and gave us peace of mind throughout our claims process. I cannot recommend them enough! They did an outstanding job, and we were so pleased with the finished outcome once the job was completed.

A leak in our room has caused a lot of damage, and I don't know how to repair it. I was able to get Xpress to come out and assess the damage for no charge thanks to Omar. Leo and his team from Xpress did an excellent job. They provided me with the peace of mind I needed when dealing with the flood cleanup. Xpress Restorations fixed my water-damaged kitchen. They were very professional and helpful. We suffered water damage and had the entire kitchen replaced. The team was quick and efficient. It was difficult to keep up with them as they chose materials to install, since they were so fast! I would recommend them again. We are delighted with our new kitchen.
