On a Sunday afternoon, there was broken pipe water damage in a lower level. I called West Coast Restoration, and the phone was answered quickly by the company. Information was provided and a technician was dispatched. They arrived on time, as Ronaldo promised, and went to work documenting and producing a plan. The plan was gone over and explained to us in detail as to what would need to happen. We approved. The crew were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and they went right to work. We were kept informed of each step of the process. During the loading in, running, and subsequent removal of the equipment, outstanding care was taken to mitigate any additional damage to the home. All questions were answered promptly, and any requests were handled without issue. The quality of their work is evident in how well everything turned out. I would highly recommend them, especially if you live in Huntington Beach area, and will use them if ever needed in the future.

In July my condo suffered water damage. Water is terribly invasive and spread through several areas affecting walls and wood flooring. I contacted West Coast Restoration having seen their trucks in town (Huntington Beach). Their response was professional and quick. The company was totally transparent prior to my signing any contract and informing me that they were swamped with previous water repair jobs. I understood that my job would be months before it could be started. Their timeline from start to finish was very accurate. When it was time to repair and plaster my walls and ceilings, Ronaldo called, we confirmed a time to come and he was there on time. His work was careful, precise and perfect. After every visit, the work areas were cleaned and all materials removed. Ronaldo has such pride in his work and the job was done very well. The paint and flooring crews were also prompt, polite and careful. Thank you for a job well done! I can only hope I never have an issue with water in my condo again but if I do I will call West Coast Restoration and I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Our back office had water line rupture in the bathroom a few weeks ago. We came in the morning with more than 3 inches of water throughoutmajority of the office and part of the warehouse. We called West Coast Restoration after our next door neighbor mentioned that he used them for water cleanup and demolition. Their team worked all through the weekend until 9:00pm removing all the water and setting up drying equipment every night. The made a stressful situation much easier with attention to detail and addressing all our concerns. Thank you West Coast Restoration for a job well done !

When I called them the first time, Vicky compassionately asked me about what had happened in my place. Then, she sent me two guys very soon. Sam and Chris did an excellent job restoring the water damage on the first floor. It was my first time facing this type of trouble, and I had no idea how to deal with it, but they gave me a lot of advice on what to do each time I did not know what to do. They are very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, hard-working professionals. If I have any water damage in the future, I will call them without questions.
