I love this store! The Customer service is amazing, they go above and beyond to serve. The water is very good and as far as I can tell they have the best prices around. We love the ice cream and I am very happy with Water and Ice.

Great place for good water!!, it disturbs me that there is a glacier water vending machine literally 15 feet from his front entrance and people still get there water there sometimes.... who knows when glacier cleaned out the filters (I know it says when last maintained but I ain't buying it) support a small business!!! Friendly people as well

I freaking love this place and the owners are super nice. They make small talk and seem to genuinely care about making your day just a little better than it was. Their thrifty I've cream is da bomb son. I always enjoy the cake batter, birthday cake and Krazy kolor I've cream.

Bought Thrifty (rocky road) ice cream at this store and it had freezer burn as soon I opened the seal. Be careful! Told the owner and they said nobody else complained. To be fair, they replaced it, but again it was freezer burned.

Worst attitude I have ever experienced. Snide comments made to customers which insults our intelligence are absolutely not what makes for good business practice. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. Every other location I have ever been to have better service on their worst days than this one demonstrated today.
