Spencer and his team did an amazing job after I had a pipe burst in my kitchen. They moved quickly and I felt like they treated my home as if it were their own. I was presented all of my options throughout the entire process and never struggled to get a hold of someone when I had questions. Not only did they seamlessly repair my kitchen sink and counter top, Spencer handled everything with my insurance company. I didn't have to speak to a single insurance adjuster or pay a dime. When these things happen its so easy to hire someone who won't do the job right but I can't recommend this company enough. The whole process was easier and smoother than I ever imagined.

During the last cold spell in February 2021 I had a pipe burst in my condo that did major damage on all three floors and every room but my kitchen. Water Mitigation Denver was able to respond to my call almost immediately and within 24 hours began taking steps to prevent even more damage. From that point on they were able to handle every aspect from ameliorating the damage to rebuilding my unit and even dealing with my insurance. Flooring, drywall, plumbing and remodeling were all done professionally and efficiently. There was no point during the process where I felt like I didn't know exactly what options I had and what needed to be done. They made every effort to resolve the damage and get me back to normal as quickly as possible, even upgrading much of the old (this condo was built at the end of the 70's) construction and fixtures in the process. I will be using Water Mitigation Denver for further remodeling because of the very professional way they handled the cleanup and rebuild.
