Recently had Matt's awesome team take care of a claim for one of my clients. The client had a significant roof leak causing damage to the garage, laundry room, kitchen and a few more locations. They were on top of it and got the client's house back to where it was before the roof leak. They communicated with the client, me and our claims adjuster and took great care of my client. Matt and his team are incredible. My wife and I had tried talking to a few mold remediation companies in town but each said they’d get back to us or were scheduled out months away. I gave Water Extraction Experts a call and was put on the schedule much quicker than the other companies. The estimator came out and took thorough readings and pictures. Matt then provided us with an incredibly detailed summary of the work and a breakdown of each cost. The team then came out and made quick work of the demo being sure to keep everything clean as they went along. My wife and I received an amazing care package including dinner and a movie date to help with the stressful time. The air scrubbers were not too loud for our home but Matt was sure to include earplugs for us just in case. Our dogs didn’t mind the noise of the scrubbers either. After inspection passed and reconstruction began, Matt was diligent in communicating schedules and working around our plumber. It was a stress free experience thanks to Matt and Water Extraction Experts. Thank you guys for everything!
Matt and the entire team were fantastic to work with my client on their home. Their pricing is very reasonable and their crew was beyond courteous to everyone on the property. They made sure the homeowners questions were answered in advance, they described the issue clearly and with images, and they laid out a remedial plan that could be executed within a short time period.
