From the first call to the finish, everyone at water extraction has been increíble to work with. They responded and worked with our insurance to schedule and clean everything right away, were thorough, took care and attention to detail, followed up to make sure we were happy with the work at every step, and immediately addressed any issues that came up along the way. I hope to never need to use them again, but would absolutely recommend them without hesitation as a first choice for any water damage repairs!

Life savers! We were purchasing a home with damage to bedroom walls & floors caused by leaking pool equipment. Matt's team assessed the damage & provided a project start date that was timely. Expect excellence in communication. Matt would call me each day to say when to expect his team. His crew arrived on time, happily answered all my questions & was thorough without rushing . Matt responds quickly by phone and email. I appreciated that. Shortly after our bedroom was repaired we discovered another problem in a separate room. Matt's crew was available within a few days, helped to trouble shoot the cause of the damage & had everything wrapped up fast so we could continue with other contractors. I can't say it enough, work with Water Extraction. It was truly a pleasure to do so.
