A water pipe burst inside my home and flooded a portion of my flooring and walls. After calling a plumber, I called WaterEmergency team. Wade Wilson and his team came immediately. Wade systematically checked my home to determine the extent of water in each room. Fans were used for several days to insure that the floors and walls were completely dry. Wade is very professional and was able to be at my home when my insurance adjuster was here. He has assisted me in every step of the process, from removing water in many rooms to the installation of new flooring. I highly recommend Wade and Water Emergency Team. He listens to his customers concerns and goes out of his way to answer their many questions. He gets an A+++ in my book!

Trey and his entire team from Water Emergency Team were amazing! I hope to never have to use a clean up crew again but if I did need one again I would use them 100%. When we called about the flood very early in the morning Trey was on site within the hr accessing and drying everything. Within a couple hours Trey and his team ripped the entire flooded floor out and the complete, high tech drying process had started! I was thankful for their quick process as the holidays are approaching and we were hoping to be back in the house by then. We dealt with this process less then a year ago and while the clean up crew was not bad they were not on the same level of professionalism or efficiency as the Water Emergency Team! The fans and equipment used to dry it out was high end with small straw like tubes drying out under the cabinets. They took care to not destroy areas of our kitchen with still drying out what they needed to. They covered the open cabinet areas so the dust wouldn't get into every space which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!! We felt so comfortable with them that I gave Trey a key to our house so he could come and take readings whenever he needed! I rarely write reviews, positive or negative; however, I have to take time to say how much I value Trey with Water Emergency Team. I had a fairly extensive water damage issue at my home and hired someone else to do the remediation work. They started the job and told me everything was finished, but I discovered that was far from the truth. At that point I called Water Emergency Team and Trey came out to assess the situation. I could instantly tell a difference in the quality and competency of Trey. He knew what he was doing, had modern and reliable equipment, and effectively guided us through next steps. Not only that, but Trey was easy to work with and incredibly personable and honest. I highly recommend Water Emergency Team if you want your job done right the first time.

If you need any water restoration or repairs do yourself a favor and look no further and hire Water Emergency Team! Trey with Water Emergency Team was amazing! He responded to my initial call to evaluate the damage within an hour of contacting him. Probably closer to 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and had all the appropriate tools to get the job done. He was able to fully evaluate the situation and develop an appropriate solution. Trey came back each day at the time he said he would to evaluate how the drying process was going. He provided me with charts and graphs to show how things were drying. The most impressive part of the whole thing is Trey’s knowledge of the process dealing with insurance. He was able to give me guidance and what to expect in the process. Trey was always easy to get in contact with and always returned my calls and texts very promptly.

Water Emergency Team is fantastic. A pipe leaked in my kitchen and Trey was there well passed midnight getting his equipment set up to dry the floors and walls. He was very patient and fielded all of my questions, and was thorough in explaining every step of the process, including how insurance would interact with us not just for the water emergency work, but also for the recovery and rebuilding phase. Even several weeks after the event, Trey is keeping in contact to make sure everything is ok, and he always offers his advice on any step in the process. While I hope I don’t have another pipe leak, if I do, I will call Water Emergency Team!
