Don't let their website fool you. They say they get your place back to pre-damage condition.. false. They ripped out our wall and dried the insides (light flood damage and mold). Putting the wall back? They don't do that. Took us a week to find someone to finish what they started. The photo is their work and what they left us with... I feel like I could have done that myself, for free, with a good bread knife. Nothing more than a waste of time and money. Quick responses? Yes. Shows up when they say they will? Yes. Good value? No.

I called Vital Damage Restoration and Alberto and his team showed up within a couple of hours of my initial call. They were able to immediately start on our house, and were very polite and professional from the start. They did an excellent job in resolving the issues, and worked within the budget set from my homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of expedient and professional remediation!

While visiting my mother, we incurred a small kitchen fire. We Google -searched and found Vital Restoration. They responded within an hour and helped my mother with the fire damage. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. The technicians were very knowledgable and communicated extremely well. We understood all that needed to be done and did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. The estimator, Luis and the co-owner, Robin, personally came out to ensure our needs were all met. After leaving my mother, I felt very secure that everything was well taken care of. I highly recommend using Vital Restoration. I live in Canada and I had a problem when I rented my house. I wish that this company had been closer to me as I certainly would use them.

When I was in college at Berkeley, my apartment's toilet overflowed and flooded my bathroom and into my living room. I called Vital Restoration for an estimate, they were very prompt. After inspecting my apartment, Luis told me what needed to be done. I gave the estimate to the owners and he told me to call Vital and ask them to come do the work. They came out the following day and cleaned up and checked for further damage. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. Even though this was only a rental, they treated it like it was my own home and I was very happy with the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend using their services and have recommended them to quite a few friends who live in the Bay Area.

I had a leak and water was everywhere. It even got into my carpet. I called Vital Restoration to come out and take a look at my damage. Robin came, and provided me with an estimate. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I hired them right away. They came back the next day and cleaned up everything. They even moved furniture, and were very careful with fragile items. Robin talked me through everything. He and his team were very courteous & considerate. Definitely recommend their service!
