Danilo and Monica loved this company. They arrived on time. They inspected efficiently and knew right away the issue. They gave us recommendations, advice, delivered with clear communication to help us understand that there was no leak. They did advise that we would need to use a construction specialist in order to reconstruct our shower. Zsolt handed me a business card prior to inspection. He was so patient and referred Fernando to us In order to schedule a time to inspect right away. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. 10 stars if I had to rate this business.

I was recommended this company and I don't normally write reviews but will gladly do so for this company! They were extremely reliable and got to the scene within 30 minutes. The owners were friendly, professional, honest, and a great help. They did a great job dealing with the insurance. Definitely the right business to go to when going through a trying time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I must say, I am very lucky to come cross universal restoration. Zolt conducts himself professionally, is fair and won't try to force you to use his service if not necessary. He said I needed a plumber and helped me find a good one to fix the water leak. Thanks so much .
