Working with Richard Reid and his team was such a pleasure. They truly went above and beyond to get the repair work done on a condo I sold. They expedited the work so we could close on time while making sure their efforts were done perfectly. 10/10 recommend!!! See before and after photos.

I manage a condominium that had a leak from a toilet damaging the unit below. We brought Universal Restoration to clean the area and replace the damaged sheetrock. The tech was very professional and clean. Arrived on time, communicated well. The office provided all the required licensing and insurance. The President of this condo Board was on site and very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend.

The owner Dale saved me after my AC unit malfunctioned and leaked through my first floor ceiling causing my entire first floor to need new dry wall and repainted. He educated me through the entire process of navigating my insurance company to the grade finish on my ceiling and how to redo it properly. My insurance company was trying every way possible to cut corners and Dale and his team stuck with me to make sure I didn’t get cheated out of $$$ that I paid for in these situations. He always responded promptly and even coordinated his team to complete the work while I was out of town so it didn’t impact my day to day living with 2 kids. I can’t sing their praises enough. I’m so thankful for Dale and his amazing team at Universal Restoration!

I worked with Universal Restoration at a condo association that experienced mold in a unit from water damage. Universal stepped right in to handle the Condo Association's claim. The work was done professionally, quickly and without issue. The most impressive part was when they worked with out insurance adjuster to get the bill for the work down within our insurance policy limits! They were willing to work with us at every step of the way I HIGHLY recommend Universal.

Waking up to active flooding and extensive water damage is as horrible as you’d imagine. We reached out to Universal Restoration and were given an ETA. Along, with the assurance that everything will be ok. Just hearing those words made me feel a little better. The crew arrived 15 minutes prior to the ETA given, which was wonderful. They came right in and made their evaluation. The field supervisor took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, why and the actual process to complete it. Him taking those few extra minutes to communicate with me made me feel very comfortable, to first off have him in my home and second that he/they had the knowledge to fix this damage. Through the process they continued to communicate with me. It ended up being quite the job but nonetheless was completed in the time frame given. Universal Restoration made my disaster as smooth as possible, from my initial contact to them until the completion of the job with superior results! They were professional, knowledgeable and treated me like a person not a $. I highly recommend if restoration services are ever needed contact Universal Restoration of North FL.
