We had moved to Edmond 10 days earlier from Midland, TX and were getting unpacked and settled. A new neighbor called my cell about 5:30 pm, June 30, 2018 asking if we were home. She said my home was on fire and there were several fire trucks in front of the house. It was a LONG 10 minutes drive to get back to our home. We had to park a block away due to emergency vehicles. In the pouring rain, we were told lightening had struck our home and there was still smoke pouring from a gable vent, 10 or more fire vehicles, and 15 or more firemen on site from OKC Fire Stations 37 and 15. These folk did a superlative job of extinguishing the fire quickly and minimizing further damage to our home. During the aftermath of the fire, I noticed a stranger standing patiently by, holding a bright green backpack. After more than an hour, a neighbor told me Owen Reed-Aguilar with TRILINK Restoration Services, was there if I had a moment to talk. The backpack had some emergency supplies that we could use that night.

In the pouring rain, Owen explained that TRILINK was a turnkey solution to the damage caused to our home by the lightening, fire and water damage. Without being pushy he offered to have his employee cover the roof penetrations done by the fire department, to prevent further water damage during the evening. I agreed, and Jonathan, with TRILINK secured my roof, and repaired the front door so it could be locked for the night. Owen offered to meet us at our convenience to tour TRILINK’s main facility and explain how they could work with our insurance company to repair and restore our residence. The next day my wife and I toured the TRILINK facility to see how they remediate furniture, clothes, etc,. We met John Conti, our account manager; Project Manager, Valorie Carr and Content specialist Amber Ashworth along with senior management.
With professionalism and compassion the TRILINK team began to walk with us through the process they would use to help us understand the complex road to recovery. I am confident that the TRILINK team will provide the technical skills necessary for us to restore our damaged furnishings and to rebuild our home to its pre-fire condition in a reasonable timeframe. TRILINK met with both my insurance company’s construction adjuster and their property adjuster to provide me with a detailed estimate of repairs and to explain how the project would be done. Both adjusters have spoken highly of their interactions with TRILINK personnel, saying they are a competent and professional organization.
I am glad to have the TRILINK team on my side, and to benefit from their years of experience during this difficult time.

Trilink has come to our rescue several times over the years. They have always been quick to respond and are professional and knowledgeable. They have the right equipment and carefully monitor progress on a daily basis until the job is done. I highly recommend Trilink!

I had a fire in my apartment and Trilink was called in to clean and restore my mattress. They promptly came and assured me they would have my mattress done. 2 weeks later and about 15 frustrating phone calls and voicemails later, I finally was able to get in touch with them, only to realize they had forgotten about cleaning my mattress. They quickly assured me that they would be out as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Now 2 1/2 weeks later they called to say they wouldn’t be able to come and canceled the service and wanted to reschedule. I’ve decided that the service was not worth waiting for and have chosen to go with another company. I would not recommend this terrible service or frustration on anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Trilink. At a time of much stress, they were very professional and helpful. They took the time to give me all the information I needed and inform me of all the next steps. I hope I never need to, but I would definitely use them again.

Trilink accused us of having bed bugs when they came in to move our stuff. I knew it wasn’t true. I hired an exterminator, even though I was told they could take care of it, to come in and verify. There was not one single bed bug in my house or any signs of them. They were super unprofessional in handling the situation. I was told they had photos that were “unclear,” so I never saw those. By the time I got back to the property after being told of the bugs, everyone was gone and I still lacked proof. Conveniently, the company informed me they did offer pest services. I think it was a ploy to get more money out of me and my insurance company.
