TOV team is probably one of the most impactful teams I have ever met! Having talked with them a few times I can see how much they care about their job and that you are satisfied with their work. They are professional and have years and years of experience. They are also compassionate and considerate, two attributes that are important in this business, especially dealing with fire or water restoration. TOV was recommended to me after a mitigation company took care of the initial cleanup from a busted pipe below my house. Due to the current 'pandemic' situation, my nation-wide insurance company ended up assigning five different adjusters to my case over the period of a year. TOV was very, very patient, even when they had to submit the same information multiple times. When authorization for repairs was finally given, TOV had people in and out in a quick, clean, and efficient manner. Replacing insulation, vapor barriers, and flooring, with a little bit of touch-up paint... all done in three easy days. Everyone was polite and they cleaned up after themselves quite well. I would recommend them to my family should the need arise.

Mark came by my house after a flood and gave a thorough breakdown of the repairs necessary. After he was done he told me it would be fairly cheap to do it myself and explained how to do it by walking around and pointing out the various tasks. He genuinely cared about my costs and expectations and with the his insight I had the confidence to do the repairs. He said he would be glad to do the work with his crew but it would be a lot cheaper doing it myself rather than paying my deductible. He saved me thousands of dollars and the work was a lot less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend calling TOV for any restoration needa.
