Exceprional Attention to Client Needs and Outstanding Home Renovation Quality - 2025-2026 Project Leader - Josh C. I had a master bath sink overflow that appeared to run for a length if time caused water damage to 5 rooms, closets, and hallways. Josh of 3 South Restoration & Construction performed a very detailed and thorough assessment of the damage caused by the water, and the damage that the water recovery company, a different vendor, not 3 South Restoration, did to my home. Josh was the home restoration project lead and Reuben lead the entire construction and renovation efforts with a team with impeccable and high quality renovation skills. My ranch home has new hard surface flooring and baseboards that are stunning and well installed. Several dry walls are impeccably repaired. All of the rooms, halls, closet spaces that required new flooring and drywall repairs, received a precise and flawless paint job - the baseboards too! My master bedroom, bath en suite/water closet was repaired and renovated with better quality products! I love how beautiful and upscale my master bathroom and bedroom now looks and the work done lifts my spirits everyday! With the new flooring and paint job, my family room, kitchen, dining, hallways and secondary baths are all restored to better than before - I have new and beter flushing toilets too! :)! Job tme management, communication and professionalism were all exceptional! Josh was proactive with scheduling his arrival and Reuben too. Everyone arrived as scheduled and left when expected. When I had questions and left voice messages an emails, Josh and or Reuben got back to me within an hour most times but always on the same day. It was a real plus to get this type of quick response from both Josh and Reuben. And was always happy with their solutions and answers. I could go on and on about the outstanding work performed by Josh and Reuben, but will close with this: Me, my family and my neighbors all love the renovation and improvements that team Josh, 3 South and Reuben, General Contractor completed to quickly get my home into a livable and more beautiful and better quality space. I greatly appreciate you both and your team. I will use Josh and Reuben again and I do refer my neighbors to you all the time. Oh! I must also express how well Josh educated and guided me in the understanding of how the insurance claim process works and my role, his role too. He sat with me multiple times to answer questions and explain some of the industry and legal terms and application, how it affects me. Again, this is outstanding customer service- YAY Josh! Chris Fox & Josh Childers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my home remediation & restoration process. I discovered extensive water damage due to a kitchen sink pipe leak in the beginning of January that required a few months worth of repairs. Chris Fox and his team walked me through each step of the restoration process, providing guidance and trusted expertise. Josh Childers oversaw the second half of my home repairs and did an excellent job communicating expectations and keeping the work on track. I’m so appreciative of all the time, effort & guidance from Chris and Josh. I highly recommend Three South for home repairs & renovations. They have professionals you can trust!
Three South truly went above and beyond. From the initial water removal through the completion of all renovations and repairs, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They provided excellent customer service, clearly explained every step of the process, and even assisted with navigating the insurance claim. They were consistently available, kept the project moving efficiently, and proactively followed up to ensure I understood next steps at every stage. Their communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Three South without hesitation.
The team at Three South is absolutely amazing. Our home had major damage to the subflooring throughout the house due to AC ductwork. We reached out to Josh and he immediately stepped in to get our home repaired. He was at our house within hours of reaching out. He made sure that everything was handled for us. Josh is a top notch guy! We highly recommend Three South for any issues that your home may have.
Could not recommend Three South any higher than I do. They are responsive, informative and do a tremendous job all around. Puts your mind at ease during extremely stressful times.
