We were able to get in the schedule fairly soon after I called which was great.
Reece did well with removing some newer and years-old stains in our carpet. An area rug I thought we may need to replace now has new life in it, thanks to the great cleaning it just received. Very glad we chose to spruce up the floors. Everything feels better and the service provided by Reece, from his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge was wonderful. We're repeat customers and plan to keep it that way because of the continued great experiences we have with the Steam Team.

We use the Steam Team once or twice a year to deep clean a large area rug and our couch, and have always been very happy with their service. They are easy to schedule with, on time, do quality work, and the team member we always request, Shon, is very kind and does a great job. I would recommend their services and we will continue to use them for cleanings!

We have our couch cleaned every six months since we have large shedding dogs that love to sleep on it. Mario has been our tech on more than one occasion and always does an amazing job. I highly recommend The Steam Team and Mario.
