Very poor business management from top to bottom. Called to set up an inspection and was told they'd get back to me to schedule an appointment. They never called. Had to call them back myself a week later to remind them. They eventually came out. The inspection itself was not very thorough and they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I paid them $165 to confirm what I can already see myself. I asked for a quote on the job I needed done and AGAIN they said they would get back to me. OF COURSE they didn't get back to me that time either. I called again ANOTHER week later to complain about never getting a quote and again, they said they'd reach out to me. And you can probably guess by now, they DID NOT get back to me that time either. If you have a personal or business project that needs to be done, ask yourself if this is the kind of unprofessionalism you want to deal with. Very displeased with my experience and would not recommend whatsoever. Save yourself the money and headache.
We live in a rural area. And, we had a tree fall on the house. After several candidates failed at just the basics. Basics such as schedule, building permit requirements and construction approaches. Our insurance suggested Beam and Co. We were very impressed. From initial size up, estimating and actual word. They are great. Fast crews who are expert in their areas. From permitting to work scheduling to construction. Good construction approaches, good work scheduling, Good execution and clean up. All fit and finishes are excellent. I just cant say enough good things about this business.
As a private investor it was very comforting that Beam and Co. began work on my project without requesting an immediate draw. Their professionalism of conduct and quality of work is outstanding. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone seeking qualify work at an affordable price.
Absolutely thrilled with the work they did on my historic home! Alain and Ofelia were great to work with and very responsive. When my upstairs pipe burst and we had so much water damage, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a company that would be able to work with lathe and plaster, original oak floors, and original tile. My home was built in the 1930s and it’s very hard to find the right people to work on it, but Curtis was the man for the job. His workmanship and appreciation for the age of the home really made this whole unexpected restoration a positive experience, even though it started out with a really unfortunate surprise. His crew was always polite, helpful, and tidy. The work was also completed far faster than I’d expected. I would hire them again in a minute.
Great Contractor! I've now had Beam & Co. complete remodels on 3 apartment complexes over the past 3 years. All 3 projects were completed with great success. Alain is great to work with as are all of his employees. I would absolutely recommend them for any project.
