The firm where I work in Addison had a serious mold issue in our kitchen. Kacee was very prompt about coming out and took care of our entire suite in a day! Continued to avoid coming to pickup equipments, has consistently not described the process. The phone support has been extremely inconsistent and rude, just an overall terrible experience that is still not resolved.
