Russell was immediately responsive to my call and came out the next day which was a Sunday, nevertheless. He developed a very detailed plan of action. He worked very patiently with the time crunch, also involving the roofers availability to fix the leak which caused all the damage to one of my bedrooms . He and his team were extremely professional and personable, respectful of my space at home and efficient. The office manager, Renisha, was also responsive and very helpful in clearing up questions I had had about the process and timing with the roofer. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need.

We hired Green Bee Restoration to remediate mold in our attic. The crew splashed paint on our newly painted exterior. To remedy the situation, they repainted the wall . . . in a different color! We also had to have a Comcast technician come to repair a cable that the Green Bee Restoration crew damaged while working in the attic. Very unhappy with this crews' quality of work.

Unfortunately I recently discovered I had massive mold issues in my home in Carmichael. I was of course very concerned. In checking with friends I was fortunately referred to Russell Alba and his company The Green Bee. Russell and his crew are absolutely outstanding in every area. He and his team have the mold remediation and repair business down pat! His crew was always on time, always protected, in masks, with shoe covers, (very important to us) we never had to ask! Wow, the work and repairs he did was was incredible. No more mold and it's as if it never existed! I highly recommend Russell, and his company The Green Bee If you have any issues at all with mold in your home. He is the best!

Russell was right on time, very professional, helpful and honest. We just moved into a new (old) home and there were many signs of damage / and what we thought was mold in the HVAC system. Russell called on his personal cell to schedule, showed up the next morning, and when he could have over sold us he did the opposite. He was so honest and explained that the issues we were noticing weren't mold and weren't issues we needed to remediate. I strangely hope we get water damage or mold issues at some point in the future so we can call Green Bee and pay them for their work. Thank you Russell!

Russell and his team are amazing! I had, not one, but two mold infested homes. I had hired another company, that was fraudulent, and Russell and his team came in and completely saved both of my homes. Green Bee Restoration is simply the best in the business; trustworthy, extremely professional and completely transparent. Excellent company, they go above and beyond!!!
