We had a major home leak and The Disaster Company and Walker were so great throughout this entire process. Always very responsive and Walker made sure we understood the timeline and set very clear expectations. He did everything he could to expedite things for us when he could. We’re so happy with how everything turned out!!!

I was hoping at the end of our journey with this company I would be leaving a five star review. Sadly, that’s not the case. Giving them 2 stars is generous, but they did do a good job at the remediation portion of the project. Our home had a major flood August of 2023. This company was quick to come out and fix the flooding issue with temporary repairs to ensure we weren’t getting anymore flooding. They were quick to do the initial cleanup and the demo portion of our basement. But from there on out and when Walker took over as the project manger to begin the repair process it was a total nightmare. I cannot even express in words how much anxiety this company caused me and my husband. We were told initially that things would be wrapped up by Thanksgiving of last year, then to be told Christmas. In reality things finally got completed last week. Close to the end of May. Without going into a lot of detail, there was a major lack of communication not only between Walker and their subs/vendors (things not getting ordered when they told us it was - like our window in the basement) but also between us and Walker. We would go days without hearing anything and the only way to get a response would be to bombard Walker and the rest of the employees to get a reply or an answer. A great example of the frustration with this company is our glass doors on our showers. This company would tell us the lead time was 6-8 weeks. So my husband took over and found a glass company that could get them done in 3 weeks. We should’ve just contracted this entire thing ourselves and saved ourselves an exorbitant amount of time, money and mental stress. Craig the owner, needs to step up his game and hire another project manager or additional pm’s to avoid catastrophe for his clients.

The Disaster Company people were professional, friendly, and responsive during a stressful time. They worked around my schedule, were fast, and cleaned while they worked and after. They were particularly careful during our remodel to protect some areas I had missed during prep for their arrival.

I worked with Disaster Co on a large commercial project in SLC. I had a great experiece the entire way through. They completed roughly $800,000 worth of work on a large commercial building for me. The service was great, they were prompt, team players, always willing to go above and beyond the contract to make sure the final space looked better than they were paid to leave it. Very knowledgable and easy to work with!

We were worried about some dark spots in our bathroom. Disaster Company thoroughly tested our bathroom and nearby rooms and found no mold that required treatment. The very nice workman did not charge us a penny for his expertise. I would definitely call Disaster Company again. Thank you for your kind service.
