I had a good amount of water damage in my living room due to a water leak . I enjoyed working with stop restoration to mitigate the problem and prevent further damage. They worked quickly to remove the damaged drywall and flooring and set up a containment tent to make sure everything was dry and mold free. Stop Restoration was extremely professional and patiently walked me through all the steps they took. Communication was excellent and they answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Best experience I could have had Jesse went over and beyond on my house I've been working with the city for 15 years and I know good customer service when I see it and these guys definitely went over and beyond from start to finish when things like this happen at first it's the worst experience you go into panic well when I got a hold of stop restoration and they showed up within that hour they stopped me from whatever I was doing and took over with no questions asked the stress that I had went out the door thanks to your team from taking out soaked walls to the last dust on the floor... I hope these guys get a pat on their back or some kind of bonus because they are definitely making your company look like a five star company thanks once again to Jesse and his team

These guys are on it! They got in and removed the damaged section of wall, dried up the water from the firefighters, plus they cleaned the smoke smell and soot from the rest of my house. Highly recommend!
