I believe I've given only a few Google reviews. Today it was a priority to share mine publicly. Over two years ago I remodeled my home and had the floors replaced with beautiful tile. The issue with the job from the beginning was the contractor who apparently did not clean the floors well enough after applying the grout. For all this time, a glaze stayed on top of the floor even after mopping. I rented equipment to clean it myself and also hired another company who promised it would get clean (big waste of money). Finally to my rescue is Austin with Steamy Concepts who resolved my big issue informing me that a particular product they use will remove the glaze. It was a huge job for one person that really needed 2-3 people. He really did a fantastic job. It was a BIG job. A few days later, the glaze was was showing but much lighter than it was and knew another cleaning was needed. I contacted Bryant Garcia who explained about this issue to be very common with tile installers. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and scheduled another cleaning. Today, John, Christian and Mark came over to go through the house a second time. John acknowledged the problems I have been facing with the very poor job the contractors did. I have some very heavy furniture and didn't move these items when the floor was cleaned two weeks ago and today. I can feel the surface where it's cleaned compared the surface under my dresser. The difference is unbelievable with the amount of glaze that is on top of the tile. I am writing this review to thank all of the above and my friend Garrett Case who answered my calls and connected me with Bryant and was there to listen about my frustrations with my floor. Lastly, the biggest thank you goes to the owner of Steamy Concepts, Matt Horn, for making sure I am taken care of and completely satisfied with the results. It's obvious why Steamy Concepts have won many awards for the outstanding work they do. Thank you!

I hear the radio ad all the time for Steamy Concepts and had no idea how great they really are until I called two days ago to schedule a last minute carpet cleaning! My carpet is so fresh!!! My technician was extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company!

We had all the tile cleaned and grout sealed. We went from filthy dirty tile that looked brown to tile and grout that were white and cream. It looked like a completely different floor. Jesse and Esteban were polite, kind and totally professional. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to all. Thank you guys for such a beautiful job. I now feel I can walk on my floors barefooted. 🤗.

Alvin did a fantastic job, he did everything the way we discussed on the walk-through, and I can't believe he made our carpets look so good, like brand new! We opted for the extra scrub procedure and it really seemed to make a difference. We are a repeat customer and will continue to use this company and recommend to others. Thanks so much!

1st the gentleman who I booked the appointment with was very short with me when inquiring about pricing. Would only give me the base pricing and not what any of the add on would cost (even though I found at at time of appointment they do have a complete price list for add ons). This should have been my first red flag but I was pressed for time.
Anyways I book my apt for 12pm-6pm with a promise of a 30 min call.prior to showing up. Day of I get a call about 10am with the specialist saying he would be there in 15. I told him that's not within the time frame I booked and not a 30 min warning like I was promised. (I picked this time slot because of work) He was short with me as well and acted very frustrated with me even though it was lack of planing on the company's fault " Well I don't know what to do, you are my next stop. When can I come" Told hunter between the original time frame I picked. He grumbled and hung up. I called the office - they apologized and confirmed they'd be back between 12-6
Time of cleaning. The cleaning guy did an amazing job. I am in sales so I get quotes and such but he was mildly pushy for my taste. Claiming there was pee everywhere (there hadn't been a pet in the house since the last cleaning that had been done).
The ONLY reason I will have them back to finish one more room is because the carpet came out really well for being 20 years old. The area I didn't have the extra treatments on (low traffic) looks and smells just as good as the area I had the extra treatments done (much higher traffic)
-loss of 5 stars only because 2 of the 4 interactions (booking, 1attempted service provider-tanner) I encountered lacked quality customer service service.
-3 stars because the second customer service agent and actual technician (tanner) did good and I hope tanner is the one I get for my last room
