I keep meaning to write a review, I had recently had a kidney transplant and had to be out of town, had someone watch my house and dogs peed everywhere. I unfortunately cannot be around to feces so had to urgently have someone come through to clean my grout and carpet before I stayed in the house due to being now immunocompromised. I called while being out of town and made it very clear at least 4 times I don’t want an estimate I just need it scheduled for the day after I get back to just come and get cleaned the receptionist who answered stated that is fine and she will ensure to schedule for a cleaning not an estimate…. Well that didn’t happen, day of scheduling happened and Manny and Marcus reached out stating they were coming by to do an estimate. I let them know that’s not what I scheduled and they said they would come by and see what needs done since they were short on supplies since they weren’t notified by the receptionist that it was more than just an estimate. So for lack of her communication it put them far behind schedule which isn’t fair to them or the other customers. Again I made it very clear to her that I was paying whatever is needed because I needed it done and did not want an estimate. For her I rate it 1 star because she clearly didn’t listen to my request and put her team into a poor situation for not only them but like I said other scheduled clients. This is not okay.
Now for Manny and Marcus, they were beyond amazing and took great care of me and got my floors so clean! Where I felt more comfortable in my home after such a major surgery. I am beyond grateful for them and highly recommend anyone requesting these 2 specifically, they’re a great team and got everything done in a great timely matter no matter the situation they were put in, my mom even took their card to also get services done by them and here forward I will always request them. Thank you Manny and Marcus, I am beyond thankful for you.
Now for the receptionist, something needs done about her or lots of business will be lost, if it wasn’t for Manny or Marcus I would never return.

Michael was the technician that came to my house to clean my carpet. My life is a little upside down right now, I explained about a leak that had happened and he was so patient and understanding. He explained to me about the chemicals he uses and made it very easy to get my carpets cleaned. He worked very efficiently and thorough. I hope that when people read the reviews, they have an understanding that every situation is unique. As long as you have good communication with the company and the technicians you can have positive experience or successful resolutions. Also, you have to be realistic about the condition your carpet or upholstery is in because no matter what chemicals or cleaning methods are used, There are just some stains and odors that will not go completely away unless you change it completely. Thank you, Michael for coming out and cleaning my carpets with a great work ethic.

Ended up getting this company cause of the good reviews but was very disappointed. The guy showed up 2 hours before not giving us time to move things around. As he was cleaning the carpet I noticed he was going so fast and not taking his time looked like he was in a hurry. He actually finish in an hour for.a 4 bedroom 2 living areas and a hallway which normally other companies have taken about 2 hours well sure enough carpet felt soapy some places felt dry and there were still stains on the carpet where he missed so disappointing..

Michael was awesome, these guys booked me last minute came in and within an hour he was finished. Love the time they took and the price was great! By far the best ones yet.. I wish I could have taken before photos to really show what he did.

Steamway Carpet Cleaning is a SOLID 5 Star Business ! At one time I worked with carpet cleaning companies on a daily basis connected with my employment and personal business for the last 20 years with almost every carpet cleaning company in THE SUN CITY OF EL PASO! My experience in the last 24 hours I had done at my residence absolutely blew my mind.! Michael is absolutely AMAZING! The detail in every step of my carpet cleaning process was mind blowing. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of what I thought was impossible to resolve. Well thanks to Michael it got done PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH INTEGRITY!
