Punctual, honest, very friendly and helpful! Affordable and accommodating, he really does a great job. My dog was peeing all over my carpet and he put an enzyme that got rid of the urine smell instantly. Left my home smelling brand new. Will definitely be using him again.

If I could give a zero, I would. Where to start? I based my decision on price and dry time. The secretary I spoke with quoted me a fair price and a dry time of 6 hours. The technician (Manny) showed up on time and appeared to me to do a good job. He said the dry time would be 6-8 hours. So far so good. However, after 24 hours my carpets were still damp, meaning that if you walked on them with socks or knelt down on them, your clothes/socks would be wet and you would carry the water to your tile floors. I called the secretary and told her I was displeased with the service and felt the carpets had been over saturated. She said she would contact the technician so he could vacuum the moisture out. I said that was fine. Manny shows up and asks me what the problem is. I tell him the carpets are too wet and that the secretary said he would vacuum them out. He said he didn’t have a machine to do that and that it was normal for them to still be damp after 24 hours because it was cold outside (this, after saying the dry time would be 6-8 hours). He said he could come in and rake the carpets instead to open up the fibers. I should add that he looked displeased to have to come back to correct his work. After he leaves, I call the secretary back and tell her that Manny said he didn’t have a machine to take the moisture out and that I would like a partial refund because if they had told me my carpets would still be damp after 24 hours, I would not have given them my business. She tells me she’ll need to speak with the owner and that either he or she would call me back. I said that would work. Instead, Manny calls me back and is extremely rude, saying why did I cuss out the secretary (I didn’t) and that unfortunately there’s always 2 percent of the customers like me that are problems. He also says that he wasn’t going to pull out his strong vacuum because he felt my carpets were just a little damp. Well, I guess he lied up front at my door about not having the equipment and was either just too lazy or pissed to have to correct his work. He hadn’t even checked my carpets when he told me he didn’t have a machine to pull the moisture out. The conversation got really heated after that and I ended up telling him to go f himself. It’s sad that the owner was most likely not made aware of this problem, as it seems the secretary and Manny kept it between themselves. It seems the secretary lied to Manny as to what I told her as well. After my conversation with Manny, I tried calling the secretary to confirm what Manny said, but she wouldn’t answer the phone. So, I believe I gave this company every opportunity to correct their work or make it right, but they chose lies and hostility instead, and thus, my terrible review for them. Stay far away from this company!
Michael was a life saver! He reminded me of my appointment, was prompt, professional, and got everything I needed done quickly and efficiently. I can not recommend this business enough. They’ve always been responsive and have the best prices for quality of service.
