I got my velvet couch and a chair, not velvet, cleaned. They arrived at 9:00 for my 9-12 window and we're very friendly and professional. I'm so happy with how the cleaning turned out too! Both items turned out great, but I'm especially excited about the couch. It was hard to find a place able to clean velvet, and it looks like new! I wish I had gotten the names of my technicians because they were awesome. Highly recommend!

We adopted a puppy from the pound; need I say more? Our carpets got very stinky and stained. After todays cleaning our house is fresh and the carpet looks great. Our tech was super nice! I’ve tried using people who were self employed, but will now return to Stanley Steamer because their equipment is high tech and able to handle big jobs.

I was extremely pleased with our service. Eddie Addy, our technician, was excellent, explained everything he would do, listened carefully about my concerns and requests, and made sure all safety precautions were followed. He was thorough, professional and very personable. We will certainly use Stanley Steemer again.

Today we got our carpets cleaned by Isaiah and Carlos. Our carpets were filthy and some of the spots I didn’t even expect them to get up but they did! They were Very Polite and professional! I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs Stanley Steemers services to ask for these gentleman. 10/10!
