In the process of purchasing our home in April 2020, a pipe burst and flooded the house. The realtor hired this company to restore floors and damages. They claim that if you are not satisfied, they will do anything to make it right and that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Our flooring in the kitchen has been placed unevenly (without the vinyl underneath being removed). There are gaps against the wall you can see the vinyl. We’ve had to cover multiple places with rugs so we don’t cut our feet on the jagged pieces. The seam in the carpet in the living room is coming up! It’s brand new carpet the company installed. They sent two guys to our home back in the spring who was supposed to fix the kitchen floor and only made it worse. They said they would return but never came back to finish the job. (Also to add to this when Christian came to our home to inspect this, he lied to us and tried to gaslight us and say when it flooded this flooring was taken up. Nope. We were promised that since it’s a high quality waterproof flooring that it wasn’t necessary) Now, for months, no one will return our phone calls. So much for that excellent customer service. Anyone who hires this company with the expectations of quality work should run. Don’t even get me started on the rotted wood our roofer found in May when our roof was replaced that supposedly Spartan fixed as requested to the homeowners when we were purchasing this home. So we had to pay additional fees to our roofer to fix what we thought was already fixed. Causing more water damage that we thought was fixed. Would love for anyone to return my husband’s calls.

Mr. Bowles and his team did an excellent job of installing a french drain system for us. The installation included a French Drain, a system to recover water from two downspouts and our driveway and a pumping system to direct the water to city storm water. The work was done very quickly and they kept our yard and the construction area clean and efficient. Mr. Bowles and his team were very easy to work with, they made lots of suggestions and were pleasant and friendly. Christian was extremely helpful in getting the mold removed from my bathroom and fixing the problem causing the mold. Will definitely be using Spartan Recovery for projects in the future!
