SoCal Flood Restoration & Design took really good care of me as a customer and it is very apparent that they value customer service above all else. SoCal Flood helped me open up a claim with my insurance and helped ensure that I was properly covered for all the damages cause by the water loss, working with the adjuster and going through every single detail with them! Borna did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the insurance process. He coordinated his team, brought in necessary environmental and abatement companies (my home was built in the 70s, had no idea so many rules existed) to perform all the work. Borna literally managed the whole project from A to Z, which let me tell you, took a whole lot of stress off of me. Highly recommended, saved me a ton of headaches!

Great experience with SoCal Flood. These guys kept the ball rolling on my project and kept me informed of the status when my property manager had completely ghosted me. Pinhole leak behind the wall which flooded the whole kitchen.  From the very first visit, the guys at SoCal Flood were prompt, professional and extremely courteous.  They even helped us open up the claim and walk us through the whole insurance process!   The mitigation was done quickly and Borna, the project manager, kept us well informed the whole time, explaining what they were doing and why it was needed.  After mitigation, we kept them on to do with the reconstruction work and our kitchen was put back together as good as new!  Extremely happy with them, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Borna and his team were responsive, patient, respectful, and thorough. What more could you ask for?? :-) They handled all of the insurance claims, too. This was a stress-free process for me. Thank you, Borna! Would highly recommend them.
