We lost our entire home down to the studs due to a water leak in the bathroom. After reaching out to numerous contractors/remodelers, Slate Construction of Gilbert stepped up beyond our expectations. From dealing with our insurance company, to specifying/planning out the work, to completing the reconstruction—They could not have done a better job. All the people we worked with were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They were great. Slate Construction’s workmanship and design recommendations were impeccable, and, within budget! What an outstanding company!! We worked with both Lorenzo and Alex after our four year old flooded our bathroom, and subsequently our kitchen. Lorenzo was extremely compassionate, explained everything very well, and felt more like a friend than a company. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful! We felt very safe in their hands and never felt like they were taking advantage of us. They also managed communications with our insurance which was extremely helpful. We will use them for any and all restoration needs in the future and will recommend them to everyone we know!

I had an unexpected leak and my insurance company connected me with Slate restoration. They sent Nick the same day to inspect. Nick is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He took the time to review all of the piping in the house to find the exact location and gave me so many options on how to resolve the leak. He really cared about fixing the problem correctly and with as little out of pocket expense as possible. I will 100% recommend using Slate Restoration - especially Nick - if you are ever unfortunate enough to need water damage repair. They care about their customers and are very professional.

They were very knowledgeable in every area of my damages. They kept on top of the adjuster to make sure things ran smoothly. They were on time & a pleasure to work with. I referred them to my sister who also had a water loss & she is very happy with them. I would definitely refer them to anyone who needs their services. Five Stars for sure.

I was referred to Slate by my Insurance Agent. Everything about them was professional and timely. Communication was fabulous. The job was extremely well done. I would definitely use again if I ever find myself in this situation in the future. I also feel very confident in recommending to others.
