Dan and his team are the best! From the moment I spoke to Dan, I felt a big relief from the stress of negotiating with my unresponsive insurance company. Dan took over and within a day, my insurance company responded and reopened my claim. He took the time to explain all my options with a complicated claim that was in the works for almost a year. I cannot describe how relieved I felt knowing Dan and his team were taking care of everything! His crew, Jesse and Jason are true professionals! Every industry should practice the same service standards!! Thank you Servpro Westlake and especially Dan Stephens!

Jesse and his crew were great to work with. We called on a Sunday and they came out that afternoon to look at everything. He then offered to come out the next morning when the insurance adjuster would be at our house to make sure everything he had to do would be approved. They were efficient and were sure to answer all our questions and checked with the adjuster before doing something that wasn’t previously discussed to make sure there were no surprises. We never had to wait for them to show up, they were always early. We will recommend them to anyone in the future that may need restoration work done

I would first off like to say that SERVPRO of Westlake is the best when it comes to getting your house remediated/renovated after a flood. Their project manager Jesse Aguilar is the best person you could ask for when renovating your house. Jesse and his team made the whole process go smoothly and took all the worry away from me and my mom. He is responsive, beyond knowledgeable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond what you would expect and the house looks beautiful. As a matter a fact, it looks better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Jesse and SERVPRO of Westlake for helping us through this difficult time. My mom and I would definitely recommend this business for all your remediation/renovation needs.

Jesse & Dan from Servpro Westlake, where extremely professional, attentive & Dan taught me some things I didn’t even know about such as carpet cleaning advice, floor replacement options, pricing and the various rates. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the knowledge and expertise, I highly recommend them. They are good at what they do, and know the business, if they don’t specialize in something, they will definitely have the resources to direct you to a company that does, and that’s both admirable and refreshing.

I contacted ServPro about smoke damage to my apartment and they were amazing! Dan sent someone over faster than any of the other companies I had contacted and then explained the whole process to me. I was very concerned because I have asthma and am very sensitive to smoke, but his team cleaned everything thoroughly. Dan made sure I was happy and put my mind at ease. Dan and the whole crew were very easy to work with, and I highly recommend if you need any cleanup or remediation done.
