SERVPRO of West El Paso provided excellent service when my house flooded. They arrived very quickly, helped remove the water, and made the whole process much less stressful. My home was flooded, upstairs and downstairs. SERVPRO took great care of my home and my family. As soon as I mention to the person from Servpro that my children had asthma, he make sure that the house was dry as soon as possible. Carlos J Jimenez was a very efficient worker, he was fast, clean and very professional. I was impressed with his service and his kind and professional way to work in my home.

Monday we had a line break which flooded my mother’s bedroom and bathroom. Carlos Jimenez came to the house that day and literally went directly to work and was able to get everything in control. The next day Carlos and Armando Nevarez were so efficient and moved further into cleaning and drying out the damaged rooms. Again they came the third day to check on everything. We were comfortable in asking questions and thankful that Carlos and Armando were so knowledgeable. Thank you Servpro!!!

ServePro and their team were outstanding from start to finish! Our team leader Chad,was courteous,knowledgeable and always prompt and texted me if there was to be any delay. He introduced everyone that came into our home with him.Bobby was another amazing manager! They were always extremely cautious while moving our furniture and knickknacks.They made a very unpleasant experience…pleasant! A++++++

I stopped by yesterday to view the work being performed. I want to give a shoutout for Joshua, Lance, Danny and Monica. Whenever I witness folks that really seem happy about their job it is a reflection of management (Carlos and John). Everyone was busy with their work, very professional and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend Servpro to my friends and colleagues.
