SERVPRO was sent to repair our ceiling after the neighbours above us flooded their home. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. They never left a mess and performed much better than previously. The people that lined up the task were also very prompt, dependable, and competent. I just had my second water damage claim in less than two years, and the previous time I had an incredibly horrific experience with a different repair business. I was dreading having to go through it again, but what a lovely experience I had with SERVPRO, from the first day until the repairs were done. Their personnel alleviated all of my worries, communication was outstanding, and my house now appears much better than before. The employees were tidy, professional, and quite competent. SERVPRO of West Concord did an outstanding job for us. On a holiday weekend, we had a water problem at a building. They came out soon quickly and began to work cleaning up. Their office staff guided us through the whole insurance procedure and answered all of our questions. They come highly recommended!

The SERVPRO of West Concord crew did an excellent job removing water and mould damaged drywall and baseboard from our basement. They worked fast and kept their work space neat.
