The whole team were easy to work with. The reconstruction team were great. Bryce did a fantastic job in coordinating and communicating the job to me. It was done quicker than I expected, and Bryce was always responsive and professional. Ashley and Samantha were also great with explaining the insurance process to me and working directly with the insurance Adjuster.

I had flood damage and serv-pro took excellent care of me throughout the entire project. Sandra Ortiz, EdithTristan,JuanAcuña, Yoan Ortegas were great. They made sure that I was satisfied. They cleaned up after they completed their work I am happy.

I am very impressed with the quality of work and responsiveness/helpfulness of ServPro’s Reconstruction department. They worked with me and my insurance company to restore my house to a beautiful state, and they worked quickly and stayed in touch with me every step of the way.

I arrived at my home on a Thursday night and found part of my kitchen under water. This company showed up Friday, which was awesome, to mitigate water damage in my home. The guy who showed up, Justin, gets 5 stars, and I hope the company recognizes and appreciates this employee. He is patient, respectful, explains well, a good sales representative without being pushy at all or creepy. They set up fans with dehumidifiers and told me
It would take 3-5 days to dry. Saturday, Justin and his helper (Enrique?) showed up puntual early in the morning, tore my ceiling and walls out, etc. Everything was fine. Then the experience went south. Sunday I was told someone would come early, before noon. I was going out of town that morning and waited around until about 12:30 and left. I asked them to put me in the morning on Monday. Monday no one showed up, and I started complaining around 2:45. Later a guy called and said he could come at 5. He called after 5 (I can check but maybe 5:30) and estimated a 6:20 arrival, but I had waited around all day and had to leave by 6. I think they forgot about my job frankly. Supposedly they monitor moisture everyday, but now two days had gone by with no monitoring on a 3-5 day drying job. My timeframe for Tuesday that I confirmed with Servpro was 9-12. I complained at 12:11 that no one showed up. They showed up finally after 3pm. This was the 4th day. They checked all the area that was wet previously and they were totally dry. The guy said that he was going to leave one or two fans because there was one tiny spot (literally spot) like 12 feet away that was moist. Ok this was really far from the moisture area and it’s not like in between there was moisture or of concern, so I politely asked if he could show me with his monitor. Suddenly the monitor didn’t work and he couldn’t show me. The next day of course that tiny spot 12 feet from the moisture was dry. Hmm, pretty much since the place hadn’t been monitored at all they had to say something there was still moist. In the satisfaction survey I put that I was not satisfied, that my job was not monitored and I was repeatedly stood up and how would we know when the place dried? $3,323.74 for fans to be set up and collected on the fourth day with no monitoring so as to know when everything was truly dry. Btw no one ever followed up with me to ask why my rating was so low on the final documents I signed where I stated that I wasn’t satisfied with the service provided. I am a business owner since 1999, and if this were my business I would consider this unacceptable service and reach to the customer. My name is Jillian by the way. Two weeks ago my co-workers and I went to this Servpro location for Disaster and Restoration Cleanup Training. I felt very comfortable taking the classes because the instructors were so knowledgeable and thorough on a so many levels. I was impressed and I hope I will be able to bring an iota of the professionalism and know-how I experienced while at Servpro's facility. Thank you for the excellent training!
