Lance is very helpful and polite. House flooding can be really stressful but he explained everything clearly to put me at ease. Very knowledgable and they work extremely fast. They also checked up on us daily. I am so glad I called them.

I want to thank all of the people responsible for the pack out at my residence in Summerlin, especially the team leader , Karen.
The team, led by Karen ,was professional in every aspect of their work. All of my household items are neatly packed away.
There is nothing negative I have to say about the work that was done at my house.
If I was hiring I would hire Karen and her team!!!

Clayton was amazing. He was friendly and professional. He made sure we had no issues and also gave us recommendations as to what the next steps would be in order for our home to be perfect. He was on time and always had a great attitude. Everyone should request him if you can.

I called Servpro after a pipe burst and flooded our living room. They got work done quickly and were respectful of our time. Big thanks to our tech Lance for all the help! Lance was on time very professional in explaining the repairs that needed to be done. Thanks Servpro for the great work.
