Truly awful experience and would never recommend. Left a huge mess, not what you would expect when dealing with mold. Did not return phone calls to finish the work and when I was able to reach Reggie he told me he was going to lose money on the job he already quoted and never put us on his schedule. Many excuses later I had to contact the corporate headquarters. When corporate got involved he threatened to put a lean on my property. He'll talk your ear off on the phone but his promises are empty. Told me my renters were petty and that he hates working with insurance companies. Save yourself the hassle and go else where, mold was never treated properly and could have been a HUGE HEALTH RISK. Terrible workmanship and customer service. This is not the Servpro you see in commercials, this franchise is a black eye on the company.
I was referred by a large management company that uses this servepro. Since that were recommended so highly, by some one whose opinion i value. I Couldn't be more disappointed. I spoke with Reggie and we booked an appointment. On appointment day, no call, no show. I finally called in the afternoon and Reggie forgot about me but sent a rep that afternoon. When the rep left that Wednesday he assured me that i would have the proposal by Monday. Monday came and went and i called Reggie a few days later. Again he apologized and assured me that he would have the propoal sent add soon add we ended our call. It's nearly 3 weeks later and still no proposal. I may have dodged a bullet here. If he's that lousy with keeping appointments and assurances, i shudder to think what the work could be like.
Very professional, fast response to our water damage. Clean, have done a wonderful job! We were very pleased, if needed again, I would use them again.
Provided great punctual service . Matt Damirgian and his crew got our water damage cleaned up and got our basement put back together better then it was before the flood.
Awesome. they took care of my house during Super Storm Sandy and did a great job. Had me back in the house the date they said.
