I had a toilet overflow flooding my bathroom, and master bedroom, and then water was coming out my lights and raining from my ceiling. My insurance engaged Servpro for me and Chris came out within 2 hours, and then got his team (Jermaine and Liam) there started the work within the next 90 minutes. They were respectful, kind, and professional. They did a great job. And worked hard and quickly, moved my stuff for me, and even stayed hours late to get stuff going that first day, to save as much as they could particularly to save my drywall and prevent mold. I went into it a bit skeptical of if they would be honest or if they were trying to screw my insurance company, and was looking out for that but they seemed to do everything they said and explained anything I asked about in a respectful manner. And Chris was quick to respond to all my questions and needs. When my field adjuster came out he actually even commented more then once on the top quality work they did. He was even impressed. And I think that says far more than anything I could say. I give Chris, Jermaine, and Liam all 5 stars, and would hire them again & recommend them to family/friends.
Deshawn and Jason These guys came by our home to inspect water damage. They were awesome at evaluating damages, they provided estimate and scope of work. We are very impressed in their skill and knowledge. We look forward to project being completed soon. 5 star team!
We had a fire in our building (Elm Row Apartments) a week ago. Most of the damage around the building was water from the sprinklers. I had minimal damage. That said, the Servpro team was great! They were here within a couple of hours that the incident happened. Cris, Jermaine, Kevin, & David worked days, nights, & the weekend. They were courteous, thoughtful, and thorough! Highly recommend them!
I had a flood in my bathroom and my insurance company engaged SERVPRO to dry it out. They took a hammer to the base board of my cabinet to open a hole to dry it out. In the process that nicked the tile below and the cabinet door above. Using a hole saw instead of a hammer would be the way I would have gone about the task. The legs of the heater they used to dry the floor scratched my tile. The tile that I have has been discontinued and I can't find a replacement. My insurance company does not cover that damage. The offered me a discount of $134.10, not nearly enough to cover the damage. The discount ended up being $200, but still not enough to cover the damage. I also stopped them from cutting a hole in some drywall, had they walked around to see what was on the other site they would have noticed that the wall was open because we were installing a new shower. In fact they would have seen our contractors face through the hole, because they were working in that room at the time. I called them as courtesy to let them know that I would be leaving an honest review of my experience with them. I would most definitely not engage SERVPRO if this happens to me again.
I had water come in my basement from a big rain storm - Cris and his team were amazing to work with and got me sorted. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call if you’re having issues. They were patient, descriptive, professional, prompt, and helped get a developing problem handled as scope of the job evolved. Shoutout to the whole crew that was in and out working here: Cris, Jermaine, Jorge, Kevin, Liam - appreciate you all!
