Contacted because our insurance company suggested ServPro. They wanted $250.+ just to give an estimate. We told them if we decided to use them we would call. Our next contact with them was a few days later when we received a lien notice for our property stating a service date of the day we initially spoke. No inspection and no service was performed. Our calls have yet to be returned. We have received no other contact and are now burdened with working to remove their lien for work never performed. Is this how a reputable company should operate?
I don't know how I could have managed without Servpro of SE Portland. They made everything so much easier and with great professionalism. Always quick to answer my questions and to walking me through the process. You don't find many companies anymore with the same integrity this company has. I will use them in the future without a second thought.
If you have water issues they are the experts. Servpro SE will be at your home immediately cleaning, and drying the water waterlogged areas. Every single person I worked with at this location was knowledgeable, responsive, kind, friendly, and hard working. We also hired them to perform the reconstruction. The reconstruction took longer than we had envisioned, however the end result met or exceeded our expectations. Sebastian, our project manager worked very hard to ensure our satisfaction. He dealt directly with our insurance company creating less hassle for us. Sebastian and the office staff are easy to work with and friendly. I would highly recommend this branch of Servpro!
Servpro of Southeast Portland is an honest, caring and reputable company that goes above and beyond for their customers. When things are at their very worst in your home, they are at their very best, protecting your belongings and your most valuable asset! Thank you so much for all your help! Keep up the great work! A true family business!
We had a sewage backup and flooding in our building and unfortunately called Servpro. They repeatedly said insurance would cover the damage without knowing at all if our insurance would (it didn't). They did not give any estimation of cost to perform the work necessary and I had to ask several times before I saw any type of cost estimate. They were at our building for less than 24 hours and we got a bill for $20,000. I asked them to leave after they finally told me it would be $25 per fan per day and they were estimating over 100 fans for several days. I called 911 Restoration and they gave me an estimate before they started working and performed a majority of the work to clean and repair our building over several days for less than the cost of Servpro being in our building for less than 24 hours. In my experience Servpro knows you are despirate when your building floods and takes advantage of the situation. Call someone else and get an estimate before you sign anything.
