On one of the worst nights of my life due to a electrical house fire, I can’t begin to express what ServPros dream team, Heydrich and Domenico, signified in a process where I lost belongings, memories, and over twenty years of what I called home. The gentleman from securing my home, to demo and mitigation were transparent, compassionate, and treated me as though they have walked my shoes a million times over. Many companies only see $$$$ but, Heydrich and Domenico treated my burnt, smoke damaged home as I would have. They worked effortlessly day in and day out until I could no longer smell the smoke that was a constant reminder of that terrible night. They were honest in collecting and sorting through my personal items & my home. They treated my home as theirs, they treated me even on my worst days of crying and sadness like a human being and stayed over a month without fail making sure they got the job done. ServPro will always have my recommendation as long as they continue implementing employees like Heydrich & Domenico who deserve a thousand stars under the direction of Jose, whom also made his presence known and was informative and involved with home visits to explain the process, where others are comfortable sitting behind a desk talking on the phone. I recently had a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom that required full tear out, mold remediation, and an asbestos test. Norman, JD, and their project manager, Fabian, were three of the most delightful men I have ever had the experience of working with. They made the process as stress free as possible, and maintained an open line of communication for the entire two weeks they were working on my house. Their team was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient while working and I genuinely cannot recommend them or their company enough. If I could rate them over 5 stars, I absolutely would.

We've used SERVPRO several times now for water extraction and remediation services at our building. They are quick to respond, Jose, Kattar & Dom have done a great job to keep us informed throughout the entire process. They follow up and are easy to communicate with. Even though, I know that they have several other clients, they always make sure that we feel like we're their top priority.
