Patrick 1st scanned & documented the project. Great communication, professionalism. Set the stage for a massive project.
Alex planned this job to run smoothly. He & his staff, Denise, Steve, & temporary employees were absolutely wonderful. Always on time. Very efficient use of time. No wasted, idle time, no overuse of lunch or break time. This is an insurance claim, so I cannot address price. Lightning Speed fast. At the start of project Alex mapped a plan of action which made the job go smoothly. Very efficient. Good use of packing materials, little waste. Extremely careful with antiques & collectibles. Paid close attention to care of delicate, collectibles & heirlooms.. Nothing broken. Packed boxes that are easy to carry & unload later. Organized. Clearly marked each box & room location. Kept detailed documentation & numbering system which will be most helpful unpacking. Wonderful communication. Kept me aware of any changes. Always asked questions. Never assumed anything. Did not trash items that may not hold importance or significance to the workers, but are to me. Always questioned before trashing.
Very professional dress, attitudes, communication. Friendly. Even helped me get through some emotional feelings. In the past 2 years, I have lost several immediate family members & my husband of 47 years. I am very ill with chronic lung disease. All of Alex’s staff were attentive to assure I took breaks & was okay.
This was a massive project. My hope is to never need this service again. But, life happens. If I should, ServPro Norman will be my go to service.

I had a water leak at my house. This company was quick to get out to our home and help us get the mess cleaned up. The technician that was onsite was polite and helpful. The office staff that I talked to was also polite. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

I called on Saturday morning to find someone to help me with pest service preparations. Pest service was for the following Wednesday. My original help cancelled last minute. I called ServPro and told them I needed help with a pre-pest control cleaning. The walls, baseboards, floors and inside cabinets would need to be scrubbed. Since the cabinets were already emptied, there were boxes everywhere that would need to be moved out of the way, along with furniture, to clean adequately. I was told that someone would come out on Monday morning to take a look and get an estimate and they would be able to complete the service by Tuesday evening. On Monday, I received a phone call and was told that they NEVER do services if there are pests on site. I wasn't informed this previously, because they usually do the estimate anyway. But she wouldn't be able to get me an estimate until Wednesday, and then it would take a few days before anyone could come out. Had I known this when I called, I would have called other companies. Complete waste of my time and they flat out lied to me.
