Lisa's crew was great! Deep cleaned the parish kitchen where we do our feeding ministry once a week, and it surely needed their expertise. This professional cleaning was very thorough--the crew was very professional and really knew what products to use to handle the different kitchen areas to be cleaned. Price was very reasonable, and we got more than our money's worth.
I work in an office in downtown New Albany and brought my dog into the office several times a week. When he was a puppy, he had several accidents on the carpet. These stains would not come up after several tries with various store-bought products. That is when I contacted Dave Sheehan with SERVPRO. He came out with a product that was the Holy Grail pet stain and odor removers. I am a believer now... SERVPRO has the best products and best professionals to come out and clean up any mess. Dave Sheehan is a clean up and restoration God!!!
Patrick, Hector, and their crew were great throughout the whole removal process. It was a pretty emotional and intense time for my family and I but they were there and got the job done. I feel confident going into our remodel that they got everything out they needed too. Although I definitely did not want to meet them by something tragic happening to us, I am glad it was them to be there to try to make it better. Thanks guys! You are so appreciated!!!
All members that came in were very respectful. They were willing to talk us through and walk and look at the work that needed to be done. Initially there was a baseboard that was not put back together looking like it originally did. They came back out to fix it. It still is slightly off but it’s much better than it was. We also had concerns about an outlet that was not laying flat. they fixed that as well. They were easy to contact send pictures and communicate with insurance for us. They talked us through the insurance process once they finished. We still have someone coming out to look at the integrity of the sealed concrete. I am confident the service will be just as good again. Very prompt and always gave a heads up as to when they would arrive. Thank yiu!
Patrick and his crew - Hector, Mike, and William (and a few other men that I don’t know names) were very professional and responsive. They were patient with me when I was unsure how to proceed. They have the equipment and man-power to help when the unexpected occurs. This has been a nightmare but ServPro helped get things back to normal. I definitely recommend them!
