Caleb and Randy were wonderful! We had a leak in a second floor bathroom and they did the demolition and drying. Caleb and Randy came out and explained every step and every process. They were courteous and professional. They called every morning to tell me what time they would arrive and even told me when they were leaving for lunch and how long they would be gone. I can't say enough about Caleb and Randy. What a great team! Thank you!

We would like to recognize Cary/Apex Servapro and specifically Randy Baisden and Caleb Bowling. We had a dishwasher leak throughout our kitchen, dinning room and pantry. Randy and Caleb were our on-site managers for the demo/remediation. They were prompt. They provided specific details about what they were doing and why. They cleaned up a mess before they left. They provided very specific instructions for our future monitoring/appointments (ie what level our moisture number needs to be and why). I appreciate their attention to detail and their ability to appropriately talk a homeowner down from a stressful situation while adding a touch of levity. Randy, Caleb and their team is amazing.

I recently had water damage in my home and called ServPro for help. They sent out a team to inspect, dry out, and remove the damaged components of my structure. Contacting a large company I didn't know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, I interacted with probably the best service team I have ever worked with. The team was directed by the lead Technician, Randy Baisden. He talked me through the whole process along the way, answering any questions I may have. I was truly impressed with his depth of knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism, communications and most of all, his leadership skills. I kept thinking he was a project manager instead of a lead tech. It was fun to watch him interact with his peers, Caleb Bowling and Jehson Payton, who were very polite, professional and obviously technical experts in their own right. The project manager, John Ray Jones also was very friendly, professional and responsive. Special note for Randy, it was also impressive to see how he managed the temp workers who were there for the demolition. As a manager, he has the characteristics I look for in a team builder. That beng said, a cohesive team can achieve anything. That's the type of team I saw on my site. Randy and his team will go far, I'm sure. I highly recommend them.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Your receptionist just told my wife to look on Angie's list to find someone to do my repairs. Servpro did my mitigation and told us when we contacted you that you would also do the repairs. Now we can't find anyone to do the work because you did the mitigation. I hope someone reads this that can help me because if not I am going to continue to contact every media outlet until someone can help me.
