Jacob Johnson and Richard Elofon were on time, responsive and very professional. Jacob was obviously the lead technician and was outstanding with his customer service and explanation of all the remediation/drying services he and Richard were great!

Dishwasher overflowed, Servpro came in quick and helped me deal with the water damage with some dehumidifiers. Real fast customer service and quality. Jacob did a great job and was professional!

Anyone that has experienced a water emergency in their homes knows the value of being able to trust a company to be reliable and compassionate at your time of need. The guys at ServPro of Central East Baton Rouge did a wonderful job. My business had a water loss and the water damage was extensive. We didn't know waht to do so we called Servpro. The guys responded promptly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.
