Boy is this company great! They came so quick when we had a leak behind our washer. Everyone from our tech to the staff answering the phone are super polite and easy to work with. I will definitely be referring them to anyone who might need them.

Serve Pro did a fantastic job after my 9th floor condo flooded due a lower neighbors sink backup. After calling three other companies who were non responsive I called Serv Pro and they had someone out there within hours. Ever Cortez was original inspector who made me feel comfortable with the process and made us feel like it was going to be alright as this was a very stressful situation. Within a day they sent out two technicians, Mario Villagomez and Jose Cardozo, who ripped out floors, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and wet drywall. They did it all in two days and left the place clean as can be considering what we were left with. I highly recommend ServPro to anyone and hopefully I don’t have to use them ever again

Bathroom leaks are never a fun experience, but Adan at ServPro has been so wonderful to work with! He is professional, communicative, and informative, and he explained each step of the process to ensure that the moisture was properly removed, any mold and asbestos concerns were addressed, the demo work went smoothly, and everything was thoroughly sanitized. I highly recommend ServPro and will use them again if I find myself in another leak situation (but hopefully that won't happen again!)

Michael Lu and his team were excellent! Although some major repair work needed to be done to fix the water leak, Michael listened to my concerns about the clean up process and immediately addressed the issues, such as arranging for a dust containment barrier and miraculously maintaining a fully functioning sink (simply amazing) throughout the process. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the clean up. I would definitely call on him and SERVPRO of San Diego City SW again for any future needs.

SERVPRO of SD was the best remediation team I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, it is something I am used to dealing with when working in commercial real estate management. These guys are top notch! Responsive, quick and quality work and skills. I really enjoyed working with the entire staff, from the guys on the site to accounting.
