We had a flood at 12:30 am back in December. Panicking and half asleep, we called ServePro because I remember the green vehicles around town. The crew showed up within an hour, which I found amazing for the timing. There were bad storms all over that day and day before. They said they were coming off a 24-hour shift when they got our call. Even being exhausted, these guys were the most courteous, professional, honest, and respectful group I could have asked for. They were so worn out, but you wouldn't have known any of that by how well they took care of our home. They even had technical difficulties because so many claims were hitting their system in such a short time, but they handled that obstacle just as smooth as the rest. They explained everything we needed to know and do in detail, cleaned up everything they could to get our home back to normal as possible for the situation, and truly got us through the night without completely losing our sanity!
I got 2 of their names but can't remember the 3rd. I will edit if I can find it. Thank you guys

I purchased tile from Lowes. Serv Pro was contracted by Lowes. Initially, I was happy. The tile installer did a good job on the tile. What I did not know until my husband installed the new toilets, is Serv Pro broke the flange around one of the toilets. That was a mess to repair. A one day job turned into an unfinished job. Again, Jake did a good job. He was professional and kept his work areas clean. Because so many people were involved in this job, it’s hard to point a finger. I will say when I went to Lowes due to an error that Serv Pro was honest about, Lowes was more than happy to resolve any issues. They were gracious and refunded me money for materials and labor that I had been overcharged due to a measuring error. What has me beyond disappointed is being told three different days that Serv Pro was coming to complete the job. Three days of me waiting at home for someone to bring the baseboard that Tommy measured and knew was necessary to complete the job. I was eventually told, by Blake at Serv Pro, that they don’t do baseboards and he was going above and beyond to accommodate me. I argued that when did doing the right thing become “above and beyond.” My tile is beautiful, Lowes has been great but Serv Pro was not honest with me. Too many people telling me different things. I will use Lowes again but I will not use Serv Pro.

John Dawson and Christian responded to my call for water related damage with mold involving an interior wall. They called each time before visiting with an arrival time. They provided prompt service including removal of damaged dry wall and treatment of mold and residual water with fans and dehumidifiers both in the affected area by the damaged wall and in the crawlspace below.
They returned daily and checked residual moisture levels and removed their equipment when the drying was complete. These men were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered my questions fully. I recommend Servepro highly. The Servepro restoration service will replace drywall and other affected woodwork in the near future. For now, thanks to John and Christian for great work!
