I had a sewage line backup in my home. What a horrifying, stressful and disgusting thing to happen. I immediately called Servpro and I couldn’t have been happier. Mario came out within two hours, fairly assessed the situation, worked with my homeowners insurance to obtain approval, and had his crew chief, Mike and his techs Marcus and Nadia here the very next day. They did it all, from packing up my belongings to creating a containment area; all while working both diligently and neatly. In fact, when my GC came to start the actual repairs, he commented on how well and net the remediation work was! Servpro was wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more.

These guys are definitely the best. Don't listen to anybody, when they say I know a guy, my wife just gave birth to our second child. I came home to prep the house, and smelled a strong odors coming from the vents. I discovered black mold in my A/C unit and filter. Black mold is a serious issue and only a company like Servpro of Pompano Beach gave me the confidence to put my family safety in their hands. Big big thanks to Andreas,Mario,Xavier and Cindy. Thank you for caring and delivering the old fashion customer service that everybody wants. Your team is truly the best.

I am a Relator here in South Florida and I had a buyer that needed to get a quote for mold remediation before their inspection window lapsed. ServPro understood and helped me get that quote in time and because of their great and prompt service the sellers used them for the remediation!! I would always recommend this great company and their customer service team is top notch and above most places here in South Florida.

We had a water heater that had been leaking into our bedroom and bathroom. The water was under the floor and in the walls and mold had started to form. We called Servpro of Pompano Beach and they arrived promptly within the hour. DeJaun, Marcus and Andre arrived on site and were very friendly and helpful. Oscar the owner was also onsite and explained the entire process to me in full detail. They were efficient and quickly had the flooding contained. They carefully relocated our furniture and personal belongings. They removed the water heater, floor, baseboards and cabinets. The water was dried with dehumidifiers and blowers.They also gutted the bathroom and performed mold remediation. The affected area was sealed off to prevent exposure to mold. The team at Servpro did a thorough and clean job. We were very pleased and thankful for the service.
