We had a water leak and ServPro really handled it well. The guys they sent were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They removed the laminate floor and identified how far the floor was affected. Their instruments were very high-tech in determining how much moisture was in the floor and walls. Then they placed several high-power fans to pull the moisture out. They told us it could be 3-5 days with the fans but it only took 2, so that was great. They were always timely and kept in good communication with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend the company.
Servpro has been wonderful! Our house unfortunately flooded so we called Servpro. They immediately came the day that our house flooded and brought multiple fans & dehumidifiers to dry out our home. Jose, Conner & Derwin were nothing but kind and courteous! They stayed for hours and worked late nights to make ensure our home was taken care of. They handled our furniture and any items in our house with care. The flood caused lots of damage so they had to cut into walls, ceilings, ripped out LVP floors and our carpet. They were VERY neat and cleaned up any mess that was made. They came when we were not home several times and I trusted them 100% in our home. They even brought our Amazon package that was on the porch inside and set it on the counter which I really appreciated! I would 10000% recommend using Servpro. I was very pleased with them! Thank you Servpro for providing great service and for being so kind!

Amazing customer service, quick response, thorough inspection and clean up! We had a plumbing line leak in the attic that affected up and downstairs. Servpro responded within 2 hours and assessed everything accurately, thoroughly and promptly. They set clear expectations on next steps and left us feeling confident our home will be restored back to pre loss condition. Great experience with them for the drying process so far!
