We had the unfortunate need to utilize SERVPRO of NE Wichita twice last month after two major water issues in our home. They were easy to schedule with and arrived on time. The crews were as friendly and helpful as ever - even staying late on a Friday evening to finish the job. The crews were professional and did a great job removing affected materials, treating our floors and walls to prevent mold growth, and cleaning up after. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of water mitigation services. We are currently in the process of restoration after our damage and our contractor mentioned that he has followed several of SERVPRO's jobs and they have all been done really well. Their office manager Kelly is really wonderful at communicating. SERVPRO provided an incredibly detailed report with pictures and floor plans that I was able to submit to my insurance company as part of the claims process. Wonderful company, wonderful crew led by David, highly recommend!

Techs were there for an hour stated they were there 2 then charged for 4 hours. I then had to finish cleaning blood up they missed, very traumatic after a death of a family member. I do not recommend this company!

We can not say enough amazing things about ServPro!! Jonathan Rogers and his team were phenomenal!! Going through a house fire is very traumatic. The ServPro team was great at reassuring us that they were here to help us. Christina, Imalda, Angelica, David, Adir, Raul and Jared, were a great team!! They were very knowledgable about our situation and answered all our questions. They were very compassionate and treated our home and our belongings like they were there own. If you need any sort of clean up for your home ServPro of Northwest Wichita is the place to call!! Our situation could have turned out much different, but the support from the ServPro team gave us the best outcome we could get!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!!
