I cannot say enough about Momma Ro and the SERVPRO team! I had a major sewage / water situation at one of my rental properties and SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita saved the day!!! It was so bad that another well known company in town came and basically refused to even mess with it. SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita wasn't scared. They showed up quickly, gave an extremely fair price and got the job done.

I was very impressed with the 2 workers from Servpro, BB and Misty that came out to clean my extended patio room that had fire damage. They were very patient and took the time to explain all the steps of the procedure. I had no idea what went into cleaning up after a fire, there was no hint of smoke after their extensive clean up. I spoke with the manager Liz, she explained the rebuild part of the project, although we did not use their contractor for that project, I highly recommend ServPro NE for any clean up, mitigation or rebuild.

Seemed to do a good job drying out floors from a water leak. However, they scratched our floors in the process. They came out and took pictures of scratches, then never followed up with how to remediate the issue even after we repeatedly tried to contact them. The scratches are not covered by insurance due to them being caused by the company’s equipment. Also the cleaner they used on the floors created a terrible film/haze on the floors that is still there after several months/cleanings. Then, several months later, we discovered that water was in our air duct due to water draining down the vents during the flood. I am surprised that a company dealing with flooded homes would not have checked for and caught this issue. We would not use this company again.

It has been necessary for us to use Servpro NE Wichita on two separate occasions for two very diverse issues, mold remediation and sewage cleanup when a sewer backed up. I called the second time as a result of a positive experience the first time. My second experience was ultimately as good as the first. The second experience happened in a rental property and the tenant simply raved about the result. So, I would say that speed, technology, qualified personnel, efficiency and know how are the key to resolution of these difficult and usually ugly situations. You have to credit the people who “direct the traffic” to a large extent. From our first contact with Rodeana in both cases, the result was immediate, positive and effective! She is so up beat and efficient!! We will certainly call Servpro again on our next disaster. I hope we don’t have another, but if so, Rodeana will be our first call!
