Hillary go above and beyond to help to make sure you have all the information you need navigate you through the problem you may be having. I had the pleasure to work with the Charlotte Servpro team Bowen. They helped me through a difficult time when the basement of the church flooded. Their representative (Hillary) help me understand the process and spent a lot of time with me on the phone. I felt as if they were patient with me and was more than a number.
