It has been more than a pleasure to have worked with Lori, Steve, Kevin, and their team during our home inspection process. Their knowledge, expertise, and care in the situation And of us is exactly what you hope for when you call a business for help, but what we found was so much More!! We discovered a seasoned professional team who went above and beyond in their efforts to get accurate readings for mold in a house where attempts had been made to compromise all readings. Steve, the owner, knew that there was a new born who would be living in this house if it was “clean”. He, Kevin, and Lori all took their time, including past closing, to explain everything from the fundamentals of water and mold to the specifics of their private lab’s over night service and spore count requirement. We could not have asked for more or better service, even in the face of far less than ideal circumstances. I have seen first hand the care SERVPRO of Huntsville takes with their customers and potential customers in the situations they face daily; that care extends well beyond just casually going through the motions of business to coming along side their customers in their dilemma to resolve the issues their clients are facing. Thank you Lori, Steve, Kevin, and All of the Huntsville SERVPRO professionals who make our lives in Huntsville safe and healthy!!!

My appointment was scheduled for this Thursday. Today is Monday and no one called to tell me that the entire office would be out on a disaster relief effort. I wouldn't have known except for the fact that I called to ask a question about my scheduled service this morning. Although its great that the company is helping out....no one attempted to communicate with me. In addition, to my appointment being canceled with no notification, it is now my responsibility to call all of the ServPros in the Huntsville / Madison area to see who might have some employees still in town. The company took no initiative to help me find an office. So I'm on my own and never mind my schedule of needing this done by the end of the week, never mind customer service and common courtesy, never mind making it right.

The office staff Kevin and Brandon immediately scheduled our ductwork cleaning. The technicians Brian & Jeffrey were prompt, efficient and thorough. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

The company I work for experienced a massive water leak on a Saturday afternoon, which was not discovered until that evening. By that time, the water was so bad that it had leaked through the first floor and was raining onto the second floor. We were able to turn of the main water line but still had a couple inches of water on the second floor I called Servpro and spoke with Kevin who quickly got a team dispatched and to our facility within the hour. The team worked all Saturday night and all Sunday vacuuming up the excess water. During this very trying time, Kevin and his team, led by Brandon have been very accommodating trying to reduce the interruption in our work. Communication has been very good, we are not left wondering what is going on, what the next step is or what is needed. This is the second time we have used Servpro of North Huntsville and will not hesitate to use them again (hopefully we will not need to!)
