We called ServePro after a broken running toilet on our second floor resulted in water coming through our first floor kitchen ceiling and through to the basement. It was a big mess but could have been so much worse! With the technicians that helped us they were able to save our wood floors and get rid of any moisture remaining from the event. They had to cut out ceilings on two levels and the care they took in keeping the mess contained and as minimal as possible was amazing. I was beyond impressed with the service and if anyone finds themselves in an emergency situation with their home you will want to contact Nick and his ServePro team!! 100% satisfaction and 5 stars!

Terrible customer service, you schedule an appointment & the worker does not show up to scheduled appointment to
give estimates. You call the office to get help & even dispatch is rude.
