Keith and his team were a pleasure to work with! They were thorough in their work and went above and beyond in answering any questions I had along with communicating to me the process of it all. Overall, very very impressed as I’ve been sent some awful people in the past through a different homeowners insurance and was very nervous this go around. Highly recommend!

The ServPro Reconstruction Team, and in particular the reconstruction contractor Oscar, did an excellent job of restoring the house to better-than pre-damage condition after significant water damage caused by a hot water leak in the crawl space. Oscar and the ServPro rep, Reina, were very responsive in making sure everything was done in a timely manner. The only sore spot was the lack of coordination between the ServPro Mitigation Team (not the Reconstruction Team) and other participants in the project (i.e., the flooring contractor and the insurance company), which caused unnecessary long delays in getting the place ready for reconstruction.

My experience with the Albuquerque branch of Servpro is five stars. Four gentleman came out. Took care of what needs to be done in an honest professional way. I could not recommend anyone anymore than Albuquerque Servpro. Special thanks to Jesus, Terry, Luis, and Ramond.👍👍
