My home was affected by the Texas winter storm in 2021. I couldn't get a mitigation company here in Houston, but thank God these guys came to help out all the way from my home town Miami. They were compassionate, understanding, very professional, and quick. They explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. My insurance company took a year to pay them but they still remained patient, understanding and compassionate while waiting on there payment. I'm greatful for them and the service they provided, especially David and Richard.

I had a commercial office and warehouse in need of mold remediation. SERVPRO of Doral helped us to implement the remediation process with a minimal business interruption for our tenants. Their technicians were very communicative and courteous throughout the entire process. They were very thorough and showed up promptly when they say they would.
