They are very professional and do excellent work. They show up on time and get right to work. They fixed my problem in one day. I would highly recommend them to all who need remediation from water problems. Their prices are also very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My experience with ServPro has been incredibly frustrating. It all began in late December 2022 when I noticed slight water damage in my hall closet and sought an inspection from ServPro. I initiated Claim A with Insurance A for what seemed like minor damages. During the inspection, I realized that none of the contracts and documents I signed mentioned a fee for the inspection. When I inquired, the inspector, David, stated there was no fee for the visit, but I would have to pay for an official report. I emailed my ServPro case manager, Joanna, and she told me via email: "To answer your question, there is a $350 Service Call charge. With this you would be provided with a detailed estimate, scope of work, and photo report. Should coverage be afforded, this is something the insurance might cover as well. " Things took a bad turn on January 1st, 2023, when a windstorm disaster severely damaged my house, resulting in the roof being torn off and causing extensive water damage in three rooms. In the chaos, I reached out to a local company for emergency assistance, and they, unfortunately, pressured me to work with them on both Claim A and Claim B. Regrettably, after three weeks of stringing me along, that company vanished as they went out of business, leaving my house vulnerable to mold and rot. In desperation, I turned back to ServPro, calling in tears about Claim B and speaking with a new representative for over 20 minutes. I sincerely apologized for mishandling Claim A, explaining the circumstances with the other disappearing company. I had $20,000 check in hand from insurance and was ready to sign it over immediately, giving them both projects. The representative was understanding, sent Ryan for an assessment, and assured me work could start on 2/10/2023. I also facilitated direct communication between ServPro and my insurance to streamline the process, thinking I had taken all the right steps to make amends. However, after the inspection, ServPro failed to provide the promised work estimate, and despite my repeated requests for copies, no one responded or scheduled the start of the work. Frantically reaching out every day, I was informed on my 5th call (Feb 15th) that estimates had been submitted to my insurance on 2/13, pending approval! Shockingly I discovered this was a lie and my insurance adjuster had not been contacted, and no estimates had been received from ServPro. Frustrated by nonperformance, I terminated the contract, and ServPro, in turn, completely ghosted me. Eight months later, I received a bill for $365 from ServPro for the inspection, which I discovered had been silently billed, incorrectly to Insurance A for Inspection B without my authorization. In my attempts to resolve this matter privately, ServPro has given me an ultimatum, threatening to send the erroneous bill to collections if not paid by month-end. In summary, my experience with ServPro has been marred by communication breakdowns, unauthorized billing, and financial strain. I share this review in the hope that it sheds light on the challenges I've faced and serves as a cautionary tale for others contemplating their services.
